The dealing rates sub window features currency pairs and sell and buy buttons to facilitate either transaction for that specific pair. All you need do then is specify volumes and away you go. Additional features on the order pop-up are Stop Loss, pre-defined trailing loss, take profit and pre-defined limit. All active trades can be seen clearly in the orders sub window as well as open positions in the like named sub window.
AvaFx features a wide range of useful and user friendly charting tools such as trend lines, horizontal and vertical lines and a Fibo retracement tool. These can be accessed by right clicking a currency pair and choosing “Open Chart” from the drop down menu. There are not a huge number of these tools available and a support and backup charting function will almost certainly be needed by advanced users. AvaFX features a really useable and comprehensive support function. An Online Support Centre which has a really good knowledge base of FAQ’s pertaining to online Forex trading, trading with the Ava product and technical issue resolution is available as is a 24 hour live chat or phone support feature. This feature is multi lingual and is accessed with a US toll free number. The Ava reps that man this support centre are extremely helpful and responsive which is a refreshing departure from the norm.
